It is obvious that, once again, some councillors have got their hands on taxpayers' money and are committed to spend it.

Do they get a bonus based on how much is wasted?

Presumably, it is again the "creating climate emergency and transport" gang who having created the worst floods in West Kirby at a cost of £20m need a new way of spending our money and making life worse.

How much longer are they to be allowed to do this?

Why are they needed anyway as the cyclists already use miles of traffic free space . . . called pavements.

Perhaps it's the pedestrians that need the special lanes.
