DIVISION One of the Cheshire Cricket League saw Old Parkonians fall to a 28 run defeat at the hands of Bredbury St Marks.
Matthew Darlington (3-30) had helped reduce the visitors to 102-9 but the host's batters could only muster 78 all out in reply.
In Division Two, Westminster Park won a rain affected game at Wirral after posting 166 all out. Will Callanan (4-34) was the pick of the bowlers but Wirral fell short of the revised target by just four runs.
Burton's Alex Hind hit 87 in his side's Division Three clash at Styal which saw the visitors post 151-9. Ian Corner (5-26) and Gary Corner (3-7) combined to bowl out the hosts for 112.
Charlie Chatterton took an incredible 6-4 off 4.1 overs as Tranmere Vics bowled out Frodsham for 70 before the hosts completed a six wicket victory.
