NESTON have fallen into the Cheshire County Premier League relegation zone after a 43 run defeat at Nantwich.
Luke Jones took 4-54 as the hosts were bowled out for 212 but the target proved too much.
Oxton's Jonny Crick (52) and Lewis Hill (58) top scored as the hosts reached 236-9 against Hyde who were then bowled out for 154 with Alistair Crick taking 5-39.
In Division Two, third place Maritime's Thomas Marron took 3-20 as Ashley were dismissed for 100 in reply to the visitor's 207-9.
Port Sunlight are second after Tom Palin (4-13) and Matthew Hodgson (4-26) bowled out North East Cheshire for 89 before the hosts sealed an eight wicket win.
Chris McArthur hit 115 - a third ton of the season - as Upton amassed 343-6 against Hale Barnes with Lee Dixon (64) also in the runs. Frustratingly, the hosts were 35-2 when the game was abandoned.
