NESTON are bottom of the Cheshire County Premier League following an eight wicket defeat by Widnes.
Thomas Thorne (40no) top scored as the visitors were bowled out for 159 before Widnes recovered from 4-1 to pass the target.

Port Sunlight hosted Ashley who were bowled out for 185 with Keelan Metzer (3-40) the pick of the bowlers. The home side chased down the target for the loss of four wickets thanks to an unbeaten 96 from opener Ben Nuttall.
Upton are top of Division Three after a thrilling three run victory at Barrow. Batting first, the visitors were dismissed for 127 before Lee Dixon's 5-23 proved crucial as he took the final three wickets.
On Sunday, Oxton exited the Cheshire Cup at the second round stage after a narrow two wicket defeat to Timperley.
