Bundled out for just 116, the hosts hit back with the ball with Harley Pritchard (4-34) and Yosuf Ravat (3-12) ensuring a nervy finish as Hyde closed on 118-9.
Oxton's Henry Dobson took 3-46 as Toft made 205-8 off their 55 overs before the hosts fell 59 runs short despite 60 from Jack Breheny.
In Division Two, Port Sunlight's Lewis Davies hit an unbeaten 73 as the visitors posted 195-9 at Aston-on-Mersey who finished on 180-9 with Martin Naylor's 4-26 the pick of the figures.
Vishal Barigela claimed 3-13 as Maritime dismissed Bollington for 102 before the Wirral side completed a five wicket win.
Upton are top of Division Three after reaching 172-9 against Oakmere with Umer Zeb then taking 4-33 in a 26 run victory.
