TRANMERE have recalled defender Kyle Hayde from his on-loan spell with non-league Marine FC.
Hayde, 20, has played a key role with the Crosby-based team's impressive start to the season which has seen them lead the Northern Premier League Division One West and enjoy cup runs in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy.
In total he made 16 appearances for the Mariners, chipping in with two goals.
Hayde secured his first professional contract with Rovers in July 2020.
The Tranmere under-18s regular made his first-team debut in Rovers’ 2-1 EFL Trophy defeat at the hands of Leicester City Under-21s in January 2020.
Marine boss Neil Young said: “This is what loans spells are all about, and sends the message to other clubs that if they send us their players we will help to develop them.
"We thank Kyle for his efforts and wish him every success in his future career."
