A new website which asks users to rank MPs in order of sexiness is causing a stir in Westminster.

Liverpool Labour MP Luciana Berger is currently topping the list of fanciable female MPs, followed by Conservatives Claire Perry and Esther McVey.

Visitors to sexymp.co.uk are shown photos of two MPs and asked to click on the one they would rather sleep with.

The results are used to create a list of the most fanciable male and female parliamentarians.

The website, which has already attracted thousands of users, is the brainchild of Francis Boulle, who stars in E4 reality television series Made in Chelsea.

In a message on the site, Mr Boulle said it was a "fun and memorable tool" to help voters get to know their MPs, as well as an "interesting opportunity to hold the first ever parliamentary beauty contest".

He added: "Although I fully expect this to offend some people, this was never my intention and I hope you will see the funny side."

The most attractive male MP is Tory Joseph Johnson, brother of London Mayor Boris Johnson, followed by his colleagues Daniel Kawczynski and Dominic Raab.

Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt is the most fanciable Cabinet minister, followed by Northern Ireland Secretary Owen Paterson.

But as the number of visitors to the site increases, the rankings of MPs are changing minute by minute.
