This year’s Young Photographer of the Year competition was inundated with dozens of stunning images of 'Natural Wirral' and now, two lucky winners have been announced.
The Globe-backed competition was a huge success with more than 80 entries, giving judges quite a challenge to select the winners.
Mark Hodgson, aged eight, scooped the top prize in the 11 and under category. Mark, from St.Bridgets Primary School in West Kirby, took an atmospheric photo of Hilbre at sunset.
Coral Harrison, aged 13 from Upton Hall Convent School, won the 12-16 category, with her picture of Moreton Beach.
