OLDERSHAW have a re-arranged home game against Chester this Saturday in the Thwaites League North West One.
Birkenhead Park entertain Lymm.
Meanwhile, New Brighton and Birkenhead Park both have home ties in the Cheshire Cup first round to be played on March 1.
New Brighton have a seemingly easy task at home to Ashton-on-Mersey, but it will be tougher for Birkenhead against Northwich. Caldy and Anselmians both gained admission through reaching the final of the Cheshire Plate last season, but have met with little fortune. Caldy must travel to Macclesfield while Anselmians have a derby at Oldershaw.
Sale have withdrawn from the Cup after disbanding their 2nd X1 and many will welcome their non participation.
Port Sunlight will entertain Nomads from the Isle of Man and Wallasey will have Marple as visitors in the preliminary round of the Cheshire Plate.
Success will give Sunlight an away first round game at Bowdon and Wallasey a home tie with Dukinfield.
Other first round matches scheduled for March 1 include Shell Stanlow v Wirral, Prenton v Holmes Chapel and Parkonians v Ramsey (IOM).
Port Sunlight will play their preliminary match this Saturday.
