PEOPLE wanting continued college education in Wallasey are invited to a public meeting at Birkenhead Town Hall this Friday starting 7 pm.
It follows the campaign to save Withens Lane College and will highlight changes in further education in Wirral.
This Thursday councillors also get an update on the New Wallasey Single Regeneration plan, which is expected to concern itself with further education provision in Wallasey.
Two redundant warehouses on the Wallasey side of the docks are being earmarked for refurbishment for use by small firms.
Hamilton Quarter will also update the planning committee now that Objective One funding has been approved to complete the Wirral Museum project at Birkenhead Town Hall.
