The promenade pub now has an Irish Darcy Monaghans theme. However, the Borough Solicitor is concerned about disturbance at night for people living nearby. The application will be heard on November 28 by Wirral Licensing Panel.
Chelsea Reach, New Brighton, is applying to renew a club hours licence and a resident wants to express views.
Horse and Jockey, Upton, has a few fences to clear in its application for an entertainments licence until 11 pm, Mon-Sat. Residents in nearby Newton Way worry about noise, car doors slamming and customers shouting.
