TWO former workers at the West Kirby Residential School have been further remanded on bail until December 9 for committal proceedings.
Six new charges of indecent assault on pupils were put to Mathew Geoffrey Johnson on his latest appearance.
Johnson, aged 39, from Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria, now faces a total of 21 allegations of indecent assault and two of abduction between 1980 and 1986.
Malcom James Crook, 32, of The Royal, Hoylake, is charged with two matters of indecent assault and two of possessing indecent photographs of a child.
He was discharged at the prosecution's request on the two abduction matters.
