TWO bored teenagers who fired an air pistol from a flat window at Birkenhead had no intention of doing any harm, Wirral magistrates heard.
But a pellet did hit a passer-by, prosecutor Trevor Gordon told the court.
David Michael Parkes, aged 19, of Douglas Street, Birkenhead, and a youth aged 17 from Birkenhead admitted discharging an air pistol within 50 feet of the highway in Market Street, Birkenhead.
They were each fined £25 plus £30 costs.
The prosecution did not pursue an assault allegation against the accused.
