THE Women's and Sexual Health Services - run by Wirral and West Cheshire Community NHS Trust - yesterday received a coveted Charter Mark Award. Out of 947 organisations which applied for the Charter Mark, only 43 in the North West got them.
The scheme is run by the Government Office of Public Service.
Dr. Katy Kidd, consultant in family planning, and Pauline Robertson, administrator at the Well Woman Centre, St Catherine's Hospital, represented the Trust - one of only two women's healthcare organisations to receive the Charter Mark this year.
