A WALLASEY man charged with murder did not apply for bail when he appeared before Wirral magistrates on Monday. But solicitor John Weate said 20-year-old John Jason Quilty denied the allegation.
Quilty, of Devonshire Road, Wallasey, is alleged to have murdered video shop owner Terence Delaney at Mill Lane, Wallasey, on November 17.
He was remanded in custody initially for seven days but agreed not to reutrn to court until December 22.
