Launching a new publication 'Invest in the Success of the Mersey Forest', Wallasey MP Angela Eagle said: "I congratulate the Mersey Forest on the production of this guide and for their admirable work in delivering environmental improvements to the area.
"The community forests are an excellent example of sustainable development. Creating new opportunities for recreation, education and wildlife conservation in an attractive woodland setting will greatly encourage the economic regeneration of Forest areas.
"That is why we are keen to support the work of the Community Forest Partnerships."
The new booklet for North West property professionals and landowning businesses is sponsored by the Countryside Commission and CNT (Commission for the New Towns).
It outlines the many practical business benefits, as well as major environmental improvements, that becoming involved in the Mersey Forest can bring to firms.
