COUNTDOWN to Wirral Show and the Red Arrows on July 11 and 12 has started.
Entertainment on the Saturday starts at noon with a commando display, Lancaster bomber flight at 12. 45pm, then a White Helmets Motorcycle display at 1.30 p.m. At 2.45pm, there is a RAF Tornado display with falconcry and children's entertainment in the arena.
The Red Arrows are due to arrive at 5.15pm.
The Sunday starts with a display by Tranmere Rovers at 11am, with sheep dog, kangaroo, gymnastic and wild west shows until 1pm, when the RAF Falcons Parachute team drops in.
Sunday afternoon at Harrison Drive includes a RAF Tornado and Tucano display plus a White Helmets Motorcycle display.
Admission to Wirral Show is free and the event is organised by the Rotary, Round Table and Lions Clubs of Wallasey with Wirral Council Leisure Services Department.
