Stuart, 41, has joined Lightly and Lightly, bringing his experience in conservation projects to broaden the range at the firm. The former Wallasey Grammar School pupil, has been involved in many internal and external refurbishments of major Grade I and Grade II listed buildings in Yorkshire.
