A PRIVATE hire driver appeared before Wirral magistrates on four charges of indecent assault on fare-paying female passengers at Bromborough and Birkenhead.
David Keith Boyd, aged 25, of Linwood Road, Tranmere, also faced further allegations of unlawfully taking away one of the complainants by force and against her will and a similar attempt offence.
He was bailed until July 23 for committal proceedings and conditions included residence, a nightly curfew between 11pm and 7am, and not to drive private hire vehicles.
Boyd pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis resin and was fined £30.
