Community Partnership:-
THE New Brighton Community Partnership consists of representatives from thirty two community groups. The general feeling of the Partnership is of enthusiastic support for the plans for the regeneration of New Brighton. A few of our members have some reservations and one is definitely opposed.
We are holding an exhibition each Saturday and Sunday 2-4pm in the New Brighton Youth Base accessed from Kwik Save Car Park, Victoria Road to inform the community and to collect opinions and comments. We hope that as many people as possible will come so that, whatever the outcome, the community will have been actively involved.
Of the 148 people who attended our first weekend all but three were in favour of the proposals.
