THE new Wirral-made Astra at Lookers is less to repair than the previous model. The new car is just beginning to appear on the roads and already the factory has announced that replacement parts will be around less than 11 per cent than the previous model.
The parts used in comparison tests with a 1992 Astra 1.4 16v against a new 1.4 were bonnet, front grille, front panel assembly, front wing, front headlamp assembly, new radiator and rear lamp assembly.
