A GROUP of Year 10 pupils from Rock Ferry High School have been given the chance to perhaps become West End stars of the future.
The 15-year-olds are currently rehearsing at Sir Paul McCartney's fame school as part of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts' (LIPA) Pathways project. The pupils will also be given the opportunity to perform their work at LIPA on July 18 and 19.
"It is a great honour and thrill for the pupils to be able to perform at such a prestigious venue as the LIPA school," said Mr Rowlands, head of drama.
Year 10 pupils also staged a play based on children's Dr Zargle books at Birkenhead Town Hall last Friday as part of Wirral's Reach for the stars reading initiative for primary schools.
