FIVE walkers completed the 18 Peak Challenge for Stanley School, Thingwall. Peaks of Snowdonia, Scafell, Scafell Pike in the Lakes plus Ben Nevis in Scotland were completed within 48 hours to raise £540.
They then went along to Stanley School to present the cheque and pictured are: Stephen Edwards; Nik Hardman; Andrew Broster; Tony Newman (headteacher) and Ian Hardman with some of the pupils.
Special thanks were given to Gary Sandland and Keith Chapman for getting the walkers to and from the mountains.
