NEW Brighton Primary School Choir has entertained the stars in London.
The choir, led by Jane Hess and Juliet Taggart, won a national competition and were asked to sing at the Child of Achievement Awards ceremony at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel. It was decided to promote the Wirral and several songs about the area were included in the programme.
"The children's lively singing was much enjoyed and they were delighted to meet many television stars including the current Blue Peter presenters," said headteacher Mrs T. Smith
