CHRIST CHURCH, Oxton, has just celebrated a double milestone: its 150th anniversary and the 13th birthday of parishioner Erica Dickinson.
The new teenager is pictured being congratulated by a man who attended the same church as a youngster and is now the Right Rev David Hallatt, the Bishop of Shrewsbury.
Both Erica and curate, the Rev. Michael Turnbull, assisted the Bishop, who lived in the area as a child, and helped with cutting the birthday cake.
Erica has been invited to attend the 200th birthday celebrations in 2049.
