BATTYRE in King Street, Wallasey, has a number of classic car spares, such as water pumps and track rod ends.
They have been brought over from the Liverpool store. Since the announcement that lead in fuel is going, this modern motor factors shop has had several inquiries from classic car owners for fuel additives. Battyre has therefore decided to add classic car parts to its stock. Call in for a chat to find out what they have. The ban on the sale of leaded fuel comes in from January 1, and it is estimated that there are 5.3 million vehicles in the UK running on it. Classic car owners will have a problem because their engines cannot be adjusted and will still need 4-Star or an additive.
