HOULIHAN'S Birkenhead Sunday Soccer Premier Division side Ship Inn face Ellesmere Port's Tessutti in the Wirral Premier Cup Final at Vauxhall FC on Friday (March 19), kick-off 7.30pm.
Losing finalists last year, Ship Inn will be hoping this is their year.
On Sunday, Brow made it to the final of the Cheshire County FA Cup with a 1-0 victory over a strong Temple Ridgeway side, thanks to a brilliant Kevin Thompson solo effort.
Goalkeeper Lee Darnborough was outstanding and rightly earned the man of the match award. Thatched Tavern await in the final.
Most extraordinary result of the day came in the President's Cup third round tie between Seven Stiles and St Cecilias. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, with an amazing penalty shoot-out victory for Stiles - 10-9!
