BIRKENHEAD Sixth Form College student and Liverpool Harriers runner Ian Tinsley has come fourth in his international debut.
Ian, 18, was representing Britain against France, Germany and Italy in the 800m. He was selected for the team after winning the Under-20s' 800m race at the British Indoor Championship.

ONLY one tenant in each of Norbury and Melidan Gardens high-rise flats in Tranmere is against demolition, according to a survey by Wirral council. Each block consists of 41 flats and the housing department will put tenants on the priority housing waiting list. A survey was taken at flats at Fairoak Close and Fairoak Mews, Beechwood, where only two tenants were against rehousing/ demolition.
