TRANMERE Rovers have completed the long-term loan of Manchester City defender Tyrone Loran until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old was signed, in August, by City from Volendam in Holland for a fee £60,000. He had played 22 games for them prior to his move from Holland. This season he has been a regular in Manchester City's reserve team
Speaking after signing Loran on New Year's Eve, Manager Ray Mathias said: "I am delighted to be able to sign Tyrone until the end of the season. He is a strong defender who can play at centre-half of full-back and will be an excellent addition to the squad.
"This signing, along with Marvis Robinson, gives us cover now in a number of positions and continues the club's investment in the squad as we push towards the play-offs."
