BUY this single simply for the video that comes on the digitally enhanced CD. It costs £1.99 for three mixes of the audio track but the video is worth double that alone.
The music video has a young lad who looks like a bulldog walking round town causing trouble. It is well directed, well produced and fits in with the throbbing beat perfectly.
The man behind the video is Walter Stern whose previous work includes Firestarter by The Prodigy, Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve and Teardrop by Massive Attack. Here he has excelled himself, capturing perfectly the looped lyric: "There's things I 'avent told you, I go out late at night... and if I was to tell you, you'd see my different side."
This song is reminiscent of the era when 'rat boy' and 'spider boy' dominated tabloid headlines.
