Eric Munn reports on how Tranmere are relishing the vist of sixth-placed Bradford
HIGH-flying Tranmere Rovers will resume their Coca-Cola League One challenge this weekend fitter, fresher and more 'up-for-it' than ever, according to Prenton Park boss Brian Little.
Little said that every team member not on international duty has been training this week and all look in good shape - including Rovers captain Jason McAteer, who has resumed training after suffering hamstring problems.
Internationals Gareth Roberts, Iain Hume, Theodore Whitmore and Ian Goodison are all also expected home with a clean bill of health ahead of Saturday's game against sixth-placed Bradford at Prenton Park (kick-off 3pm).
Rovers have lost little ground at the top of the table despite going a game in hand. Little said he was pleased with the position and feels the results may have helped the campaign.
After Saturday, Tranmere travel to take on Huddersfield in a league match on Tuesday (October 19, kick-off 7.45pm).
