TWO people were reportedly taken to hospital following a hit and run crash in Prenton.
Emergency services were called to Mount Road on Thursday at 8.50am to a report that an Audi had hit and Mercedes.
The Audi is then reported to have driven off.
According to eye witnesses on social media two people who had been in Mercedes were taken to hospital.
Merseyside Police say enquiries remain ongoing. Anyone who may have seen the incident can call 101 or direct message police @MerPolCC
