AN earlier 'points failure' is causing major disruption for Wirral rail services this morning (Thursday, November 28).
Merseyrail say disruption on the Port Sunlight and Spital the Chester and Ellesmere Port line is expected until 10am.
Services to Ellesmere Port and Chester are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled or delayed.
