A MAN was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a three-car crash outside a Wirral school.
At around 7.50pm on Friday, November 22 officers were called to the junction of Woodchurch Road and Gorsefield Road by St. Joseph's RC Primary School in Prenton to reports of a three-vehicle car crash involving a Volvo, BMW and a Mazda.
No injuries were reported and the driver of the Volvo was detained at the scene.
A 50-year-old man from Oxton was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession of a controlled drug.
He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
The road was reopened at around 9.50pm.
