ARROWE Park Hospital is set to host a 'Winter Wellness Market' this weekend.
The event, which takes place on Saturday, November 16, from 10am to 3pm, will feature various entertainment options, including singing, majorettes, and a display of snot guns.
The initiative aims to provide support and resources for residents to stay healthy during the colder months.
In addition to the entertainment, the market will also offer a café-style area with complimentary refreshments, a prize draw, and a wealth of information on various topics.
Visitors can expect advice on improving physical health, mental wellbeing, and resources related to infection prevention, warmth maintenance, fall prevention, housing, and benefits.
The event will be held at the Education Centre in Arrowe Park and will see the collaboration of several Wirral organisations committed to winter wellbeing.
These include Wirral University Teaching Hospital, Wirral Community Health and Care, the Wirral Improvement Team, Wirral Council, and Healthwatch Wirral.
The organisers have confirmed that free parking will be available for attendees at lower car parks G, H, J, and V.
For further details, interested individuals are encouraged to contact Lisa Rand at lisa.rand@healthwatchwirral.co.uk.
