THE IVY Brasserie has given an update on when it will open its restaurant in Liverpool city centre.

Renowned for unrivalled service, excellent food and an exceptional all-day dining experience, all set in beautiful surroundings, the new brasserie is set to be the 43rd restaurant opened by The Ivy Collection.

The new restaurant will be located in the former Bank of England building on Castle Street in Liverpool and is set to open just in time for the festive season.

For those seeking an intimate setting, special events, festive parties and more, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be home to a private dining room seating 14, whilst the main restaurant will have capacity to welcome over 180 diners.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will offer customers the choice of breakfast, brunch, A La Carte, Sunday roasts and afternoon tea as well as late night cocktails, a children’s menu and a dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu.

Signature dishes will take centre stage, as well as seasonal dishes and monthly specials. Guests can expect to indulge in steaks, traditional fish and chips, lobster linguine and The Ivy’s classic shepherd’s pie.

The drinks menu will include an array of cocktails, a variety of Champagne and a vast selection of fine wines, beers and spirits.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be led by Liverpool’s Kate Keyes, an experienced general manager who has extensive experience in the city’s hospitality scene.

Laura Mills, Managing Director at The Ivy Collection, said: “We’re so excited to bring The Ivy Collection to the fantastic city of Liverpool.

“Since opening our Spinningfields restaurant in Manchester, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many Liverpool residents to The Ivy who have made the trip to dine with us.

“We’re delighted that this extraordinary city, steeped in history, culture and rich heritage, will have its very own Ivy Brasserie where we can welcome everyone to enjoy The Ivy experience for any and all occasions.

“The team can’t wait to open ahead of the festive season and bring Christmas to Liverpool, The Ivy way.”

More details about the opening will be revealed in due course.
