DISRUPTION on Chester line rail services is set to continue until the end of the day (Thursday, October 17).
An update on Merseyrail's website read: "Due to heavy rain flooding the railway at Hooton the Chester line is disrupted.
"Train services to Chester have been suspended between Hooton and Chester.
"Replacement bus services are in operation between Hooton and Chester in both directions until further notice.
"Passengers for Chester are advised to board Ellesmere Port services and change on arrival at Hooton for a rail replacement bus."
