A special pretzel and award-winning beer are among last-minute surprises for Oktoberfest Liverpool.
The event's organisers have announced a bespoke pretzel by city baker Dre Carrington, known from TV’s 'Aldi’s Christmas Secrets'.
There will also be a selection of toppings on offer.
Beer will be provided by Bavarian brewer and three-time gold medal champion ABK.
There will also be a guest amber cask ale from Warrington-based 4T’s.
Paul Laing from Oktoberfest Liverpool said: "With top quality beer and food, a live band, fairground dodgems, and party games hosted by Beer Guide Worldwide’s Kam Wojtow, people can look forward to an enjoyable night out.
"We’ve got the longest bar in the city, a sizzling swing grill of bratwurst and freshly baked pretzels all in a Bavarian themed, safe indoor environment."
