NEW Brighton Bar & Lounge have launched its new winter menu.

The Victoria Road venues’ kitchen is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm until 8pm offering a refined menu of small plates, wraps, mains, grill dishes, pizzas, burgers, loaded fries and desserts.

Small plates dishes on the new menu include the likes of pulled pork tacos, spiced honey halloumi fries and crispy pork siu mai.

Meanwhile, some highlights of the main and grill menus are blackened cajun cod, grilled kebab and pan fried chicken. As with the previous menu, pizzas, burgers and loaded fries are back by popular demand.

General manager, Susan McQuade, said: “The kitchen team have been working really hard to create this great reputation we’ve gained — I’m really proud of them.

“At the end of the day you’re only as good as your last dish and the guys put everything into each one — as a result people have been raving about us and it’s feels amazing to hear the feedback.

“Our menu consists of hearty, no nonsense pub classics but with some creative specials from the talented chefs.

“We do things simply but we do things right and the Sunday roasts have been really popular — that’s why we’ve decided to introduce them during the week too. Christmas is already getting booked up and looking like it’s going to be a busy one.”

Throughout December, there restaurant is offering a three course festive offering for £25 in the daytime and £30 in the evenings with traditional festive roasts alongside dishes such as seabass in Thai sticky glaze and festive burgers and pizzas. There’s also Christmas party nights throughout December every Friday and Saturday night.
