A race night in aid of Wirral Motor Neurone Disease Association takes place this weekend.
Held at The Irby Club on Thingwall Road in Irby on Saturday (October 12) it starts at 7pm. The first race is due to get underway at 7.30 pm.
Tickets are £15 which includes, according to the organiser, 'an excellent Chinese buffet'.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "There are a few tickets left, so anyone looking for a fun night out this weekend should jump at the chance to take advantage of this opportunity.
"And they would also be helping this worthwhile charity raise much needed funds for local people living with the disease."
