A MAN has been charged with burglary after he reportedly broke into a home in Wallasey.

On Saturday, October 5 police received a report that a home on Barnwell Avenue, Wallasey had been broken into and a number of items were stolen.

Officers attended and later arrested a suspect and stolen items were recovered.

Stephen Harold, 52 years, of Manor Road, Liscard has been charged with four counts of burglary offences.

He will appear at Wirral Magistrates Remand Court today, Monday, October 7.
