FILM crews were spotted filming in Willaston yesterday (Monday, September 30).
Ninja Pig Productions is currently in production on the fourth series of the popular CBeebies show, Andy and the Band.
On Monday, crews were spotted filming for the fourth series at Willaston Village.
The crew began filming at Hadlow Road Station before moving on to their second location at Style and Beauty on Neston Road.
It is the second time the production has filmed part of the show in Wirral.
The cast and crew were spotted at Fort Perch Rock in New Brighton on June 28, 2023 filming for series three of the children's programme.
The New Brighton location was chosen for a pirate-themed episode called Scarybeard.
Described as ‘modern day Monkees, musicians Andy and the Odd Socks consist of vocalist Andy, guitarist Rio, drummer Moxy, bassist Blu and keyboardist Cousin Mac.
In every episode, Andy and his musical mates embark on a mission or ‘odd job’ which involves them helping one of their fans.
The band released an album in 2022 and is completing a three-month tour around the UK in August last year.
