PHASE one of a Wirral fire station site's transformation into a development of more than 30 apartments is complete, with a show home open to view from today (Friday, September 20).
The scheme from luxury and sustainable housebuilder, Blueoak Estates, once finished, will see 32 one, two and three bed apartments on the former West Kirby Fire Station land.
A one-bed ground-floor show home will be open to view from today, alongside detailed plans of the entire scheme.
Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates said: "This is a really exciting phase when visitors will be able to see and experience first-hand how Station House will look and feel and truly appreciate what these wonderful homes offer.
"The location, in the heart of bustling seaside town, West Kirby, sits amongst a vibrant and thriving social scene, is a ten-minute walk to the stunning beach and has fantastic transport links to the rest of Wirral, alongside Liverpool and Chester.
"The design, layout and size, plus the facilities within the site means that Station House holds appeal to almost anyone, from first time buyers right through to right sizers.
"We believe that Station House brings much-needed additional quality housing to this part of Wirral, and are pleased to be making a strong and positive impact on the local community.”
Each unit has outdoor private space, lift access with parking available.
