WALLASEY’S most and least expensive streets have been revealed.
Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the Wallasey postcodes, Sea Road, Warren Drive and Linksview have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Wallasey include Delamere Grove, Liscard Road and Mount Road.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Wallasey postcodes.
On Sea Road (CH45), five properties sold for an average of £661,500. Warren Drive (CH45), five properties sold for an average of £537,000. Also, Linksview (CH45) saw five properties sell for an average of £531,000.
Some of the cheapest streets include Delamere Grove (CH44) (where four properties sold for an average of £51,175), Liscard Road (CH44) (where three properties sold for an average of £51,950) and Mount Road (CH45) (where three properties sold for an average of £53,165).
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Warren Drive (CH45) sold for £1,120,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £34,000 and under on Victoria Road (CH45), Delamere Grove (CH45) and Wheatland Lane (CH45).”
