A SIX-WEEK summer kids club has returned to a Birkenhead shopping centre.
The Pyramids Penguins Kids Club is hosting six weeks of events every Saturday starting from July 27 at The Pyramids Shopping Centre in Birkenhead.
They will be a hosting a ‘Young Explorers’ Pyramids Penguins where they are inviting all local young explorers to dive into a magical world which will have a different theme to explore each week.
Their intrepid explorers Drake and Columbus will lead the interactive workshops and will look at many different myths, truths and legends, each one with their own bespoke tale to tell. Each week will also include a make and take activity.
The weekly topics will include:
Week 1 – 27th July: Dragons – Did dragons really exist?
Week 2 – 3rd August: Jungle King – Is the lion really the King of the Jungle?
Week 3 – 10th August: Dinosaurs – What happened when dinosaurs ruled the world?
Week 4 – 17th August: Pirate School – Can you become one of Black Beards official crew?
Week 5 – 24th August: Kings and Queens – Who will be the best ruler?
Week 6 – 31st August: Forest Animals – Can you identify popular forest animals?
Pyramids Penguins will also be joined by their own Penguin Mascot, Pablo, to meet everyone and pose for photos.
Pyramids Penguins is free to attend and there is no need to book.
This summer, a brand new Pyramids Penguins Loyalty Scheme is also launching. Attend at least three out of six Young Explorers event to be in with the chance of winning a £250 voucher of your choice for a store at Pyramids.
You can collect your virtual stamps to add to your digital loyalty card by scanning the QR code provided on the tables at each event. Each week you attend you will get a new stamp on your loyalty card and if you attend a minimum of three will be entered into the competition draw.
