A WOMAN was arrested after she was allegedly seen giving out “brown and white powder” from a tent in Liverpool city centre.

At around midnight on Sunday, July 7 an officer spotted a woman allegedly giving out Class A drugs to a man on Cropper Street before returning to a tent in the area.

The officer searched the woman and found a large sandwich bag with several white and brown wraps.
