A GROUP of foxes were “rescued” from a house in Wirral.

On Sunday, July 7, Merseyside Police was called to Hoylake Road in Moreton after reports of a dispute between neighbours.

The dispute was due to foxes allegedly being captured by a local resident.

It was alleged that one adult male and one adult female fox were rescued from a property.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: “Words of advice were given at the scene and no offences were identified. 

“Those involved were asked to disperse, and the safe release of the foxes was arranged.”
