A NEW tanning studio has opened in Heswall.
Vice Tanning Studio, on Telegraph Road, is a tanning studio that focuses on “wellbeing and safe tanning”.
Aiming to create a “luxurious and Instagrammable tanning studio that focuses on health, wellbeing, and exceeding expectations in terms of service, cleanliness and relaxation”, Vice Tanning studio offers “state-of-the-art” sunbeds that feature Aquacool, aroma, air conditioning, Bluetooth as well as UV and collagen lamps to ensure the ultimate bronzing session.
Co-founder Gabrielle Walsh, 28, said: “In an era where many are incredibly health conscious, our goal was to create an indulgent and beautiful tanning studio that has health and wellbeing at the forefront.
“At Vice, we’re dedicated to crafting an experience that transcends the ordinary, enveloping our clients in an oasis of opulence and relaxation.
“We understand that historically, sunbeds have earned a bad reputation for the health risks they’re associated with.
“However, at Vice, we’re keen to break the stigma by implementing healthier approaches to tanning with organic creams and personalised services to ensure ultimate skin safely, whilst exploring the benefits of a controlled tanning environment that is scientifically proven to boost Vitamin D, as well as support mood enhancement.
“Our full team has undergone extensive UV training so that they can educate our clients with their knowledge on skin safety and ensure their welfare around tanning in this new age.”
The studio’s beds will also offer controlled exposure to UV radiation allowing users to regulate their tanning sessions based on their skin type and sensitivity. Vice’s sunbeds will also be complete with collagen tubes so that their clients can enjoy collagen light therapy whilst tanning.
Collagen Light Therapy claims to support the treatment of skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema and acne, as well as inhibit the aging process, helping the skin to stay hydrated, supporting the reduction of scars, stretch marks and cellulite and offers a life effect with the skin becoming more firm and supple.
Using brands including Megasun, Ergoline and American Leisure, the new studio also has creams and oils available to purchase for clients achieve their desired result.
Vice Tanning Studio is open seven days a week, and until 9pm midweek, and is available for all day sessions for clients.
