A FOUR day beer festival will take place in Wirral next month.
The first ever Wirral Summer Hops Beer Festival will take place from Thursday, June 27 until Sunday, June 30 at Hoylake Rugby Club.
The festival will be serving a variety of local and international craft beers from hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts as well as gin and cider. Food stalls will also be available serving hot food.
A schedule of live music, entertainment and activities will also take place, except Thursday evening which will see a “quiet session”.
All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting two local charities – the Paul Lavelle Foundation and North Wirral Round Table.
Liam Hayward, Chairman, North Wirral Roundtable, said: “This is just the beginning of exciting plans to do more in our community.
“Anyone can get involved with North Wirral Roundtable by simply getting in touch with us on our website or social media pages on Facebook and Instagram.
“We are just a group of mates aged 18- 45 who get out regularly to socialise with likeminded men and help make a difference across North Wirral.
“We are delighted to be working with a number of corporate partners and local businesses who have generously committed to sponsoring the event.
“This allows us to cover the costs of the event and therefore raise even more for charities in the local community, including our main partner the Paul Lavelle Foundation.
“We still have a number of sponsorship opportunities available and would love to hear from local businesses.”
