A BIRKENHEAD music venue has announced its headliners for its summer festival.
Future Yard based on Argyle Street, Birkenhead will be hosting its fourth edition of Future Now festival over the August bank holiday.
On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 August Future Yard will be channelling the spirit of its very first summer festival in 2019 and will be taking over multiple venues across Birkenhead, with Birkenhead Town Hall as the main stage.
On Friday, April 26 the venue announced its third wave of Future Now artists that will be taking to the stage during the festival.
Everything Everything has been announced as the Saturday Town Hall headliner, with Nadine Shah closing the show headlining the Town Hall on Sunday.
Nubiyan Twist returns to Future Yard to headline the Garden stage on Saturday and Birkenhead’s-own She Drew The Gun headlines outdoor on Sunday.
They join a line-up of Future Yard favourites old and new including Jane Weaver, bdrmm, Hamish Hawk, The Lovely Eggs, Girl Ray, Night Tapes, Chalk, Projector, VanHouten, Trout, University, Genn, MAN/WOMAN/CHAINSAW, Revival Season, Melin Melyn, YARD, Bored at My Grandma’s House, Blue Dolphin Wranglers, Blue Jean, Spielmann, Laura J Martin + Dog Unit.
A handful of artists are still to be announced.
